Like the fabric of a cloth we have been woven. we are attached to, dependent on, complimentary and complementary with each other and this universe. We the universe are connected.
Connection, as a practice within the M.A.G.I.C. includes a connection with the self, connection with everyone and everything, all of life, and connection with the very fabric of this universe – (Spirit, God, Spirit, Source, All-There-Is).
Connection is the fabric of relationships.
Connection is not an option. Connection with other humans, the animal, bird and plant life on this world, and ultimately with yourself, is not-optional. This connection happens whether we like it or not, whether we believe it or not and it is happening continuously.
Connection in the M.A.G.I.C. practice has two parts. Firstly, it is recognising what is already established, that we are each part of One Energy or Life Force. Secondly, it recognises that each of us has the freedom and the capacity to determine how strong this connection is in any moment.
M.A.G.I.C. asks that you recognise the existence of these three connections but more importantly, to consciously reinforce these connections in your unique and personalised way.
Meditation is not difficult when you find ‘your’ way of meditating.
Meditation is to be observed with our head, felt in our cells, appreciated in our heart, and used by our spirit.

Appreciation is feedback you are thinking thoughts…with acceptance, with non-attachment that acknowledges everything is ok.

Appreciation within the M.A.G.I.C. practice is a state of celebration for all that the individual has and all they don’t have, with an inner knowing that all is as it should be for his or her highest good and expansion.
No matter your circumstances, when you are connected energetically with the core of Gaia, you will be supported and reassured.
Our connection with the earth is unseen. Like gravity, electricity, magnetism & the wind, you do not see with your eyes. You recognise the effects, and assume you know the cause, but you don’t see what actually caused the effects.

In M.A.G.I.C. the practice, insight relates to more than a light-bulb moment. Here, Insight as a practice is tantamount to intuition, inspiration, investigation, inner knowing, self-inquiry, and awareness. Insight here is the journey or the practice of coming to understand the questions, “Who am I? What am I? What is my purpose? Where am I going? And “How do I fit into this world?”
