The practice of M.A.G.I.C.
M.A.G.I.C.™ is the combination of five practices interwoven into one practice. It is a combination of some of the most powerful practices taught for wellbeing and health.
This practice embraces mindfulness meditation, with appreciation, with grounding, with insight, with connection, and is used in such a way that it can be performed in less than one minute. This is a practice like any other that we might engage to enhance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of yourself.
The primary purpose of this practice is to facilitate change within your internal state of being. Remember that the indicators in your life, (the people, events, objects and happenings), are letting you know what you are thinking about – what you believe about you living in this world.
Changing your state of being is the first and only step towards changing your circumstances. This practice will change your internal state of being. As you change your internal state of being, you activate change in your external world.
As you change your internal world you will automatically live differently in your external world. Life is an inside-out job. When we change something in terms of what we believe about ourselves living in this world, what presents in our external world experience will automatically change to resonate with the internal vibration.
The intention of M.A.G.I.C.
In so many ways, this is a holistic practice to align the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of a person, with his or her Authentic Self.
In so doing it provides the ability to dissolve the emotional charge associated with certain negative triggers, while eliminating the need to consider further action such as dependency on medication, or engaging in destructive behaviours like violence, self-harm or suicide.
The intention is to allow you to return to your natural state through the practice of natural practices, as opposed to learned, unnatural activities.
The function of M.A.G.I.C.
There are two basic states of being, joy and lack-of-joy. If you want to use emotional descriptors, you could use the terms of love and fear. Use any words that work for you, joy, appreciation, love, anxiety, depression, anger, it comes down to two basic states of emotional being or emotional vibrational frequency. One feels good and one feels not-good.
M.A.G.I.C. adjusts the internal energetics of an individual, which assists in dissolving emotional responses such as anxiety, anger, depression and other intense emotional responses.
It does this while reframing thoughts and connecting you with your own inspiration or empowerment. This results in a higher frequency of vibration for you and all of your trillions of cells, which is a feel-good result.
M.A.G.I.C. addresses the problem by providing an alternative response to emotional surfing and suffering. Each of the five-individual practices is a change agent in itself and as a change agent, they affect positive change on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic systems – providing a holistic response which is the game changer.
The uniqueness of M.A.G.I.C.
It is a simple, personalised, efficient tool that uses what you already do naturally in your life to bring about change from the inside out. By adopting an inside-out approach, the practice hands the power back to you. This is one way of recognising your uniqueness and authentic essence.
It is a self-generated, self-directed practice that can be applied in less than a minute or if you choose it can be extended to a longer period.
M.A.G.I.C. The Practice is a multifaceted holistic approach that incorporates and recognises the physical quadrant of an individual’s life. This doesn’t happen simply by grounding the physical body. It is accomplished by integrating the power of a mindful meditative mind, the exhilaration of an appreciative heart, and a connection with all of life, seen and unseen.
What to expect from M.A.G.I.C.
You can expect a reduction or elimination of any sense of powerlessness because this practice provides the alternative. Powerlessness comes from thoughts and beliefs that tell you the “power” of life is outside of your being. When you believe the people, events, objects and circumstances outside of you have more power than you, a sense of powerlessness is nurtured.
M.A.G.I.C. makes you aware of five powerful tools which you brought into this life. These tools come in one package – M.A.G.I.C. The Practice and become available for use as a personal tool. Each tool individually and together, contribute to your personal empowerment.
Expect the reduction of intense emotions such as anxiety, depression, despair, loneliness and rage. In addition, this practice develops and activates a genuine resilience against triggers and risk factors residing in your world.
Practising M.A.G.I.C. provides immediate and positive results which in turn provides relief from pain. This takes place while actively supporting a sense of self and personal control into your life – universally located personal power.
Practising M.A.G.I.C. allows you to acknowledge the triggers for what they are, recognise and appreciate the emotional responses within, gain clarity about the resulting thoughts, and connect with a part of yourself that is spiritual in nature.
Independent Variables in M.A.G.I.C.
We know that any attempt to control or eliminate triggers from our experience is difficult if not impossible. There will always be triggers in this life. It is the nature of this life experience to have a contrast of triggers to assist in the personal expansion, expression, experiencing and enjoying life’s journey.
Accepting triggers for what they are, isn’t about accepting or condoning disrespectful or abusive behaviours. The importance of accepting triggers for what they are – triggers, is about letting go of any attachment or expectation we allocate to those triggers.
Recognising triggers as opportunities to experience joy or experience growth is another way of using personal power for unfolding life. When triggers are accepted for what they are, it provides a means for staying detached from the drama. Of course, some individuals like the drama but it doesn’t mean giving up one’s personal power. M.A.G.I.C. provides a certain degree of detachment from the triggers and the drama, allowing an individual to make more loving choices.
