In an effort to establish and confirm which of these practices would be most useful for increased wellbeing, I considered a number of different options. It was important for me to find practices that were simple and practical. Similar to a meta-analysis, this document is the compilation of extensive research into many and caring forms of personal practice for growth and inner peace. This isn’t in any way detracting from the many practices used around the globe. Rather, I have accepted these particular practices as ones which align closely with my needs and growth state. Hopefully, the reader will also align with and benefit from this integrated practice.
Each of us is unique and as such, we are not bound to the practices of our neighbours. We owe it to ourselves to seek until we find the practices which best align with our make-up, belief systems and life-style. That being said, it is the make-up and the built-in integrity of M.A.G.I.C.™ the practice that will provide the benefits attributed to each of the five individual practices. Generally, the research and adaption of these practices is universal.
M.A.G.I.C.™ as a practice does not exclude, nor does it in any way detract, from any other practice. If anything, this practice will enhance all other practices. The degree of flexibility within the practice allows, if not encourages, you the reader to engage it into your everyday life experience.
The heart of this practice rests in its ability to allow an individual to bring about change from the inside-out. In so doing it recognises and acknowledges your power as an individual to change your world while you evolve on this planet.
