Stage 1. Appreciate the five individual practices

  • M.A.G.I.C. is an acronym for five practices. The five practices are made up of Meditation, Appreciation, Grounding, Insight and, Connection.
  • We will consider each practice and how each might fit into your life.
  • We will consider some good-news stories from individuals who have practiced M.A.G.I.C. in their everyday life.
  • Each practice is evidence-based and as such this evidence will be provided or links to this evidence will be provided. This will be provided from quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Be able to set an intention for your M.A.G.I.C. practice.
  • Have some insight into the philosophy and therapueatic basis for practicing M.A.G.I.C.
