Play the Quantum Game
What does it do – Allows you to recognize yourself and life around you, everything in and around you, from a quantum perspective. Quantum physics, ancient teachings, and George Lucas’s movie Star Wars, all recognise The Force.
“Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm? And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship.” (Yoda from Star Wars the movie)
The Force, the Field, the Universe are preferred names for what is referred to as The Higher Power or God. Playing the Quantum Game is a way that allows you to recognise the energy of All-there-is. From this place, everything and everyone in your experience can be acknowledged and appreciated as pure energy in vibrational form. When your Ego self is not making the judgments and not engaging in criticising or condemning the self or others, real appreciation can be experienced.
Choosing which perspective to adopt will allow you to see the truth of the present moment or the illusion of past and future.
What is it – This is a way of acknowledging the magic and enormity of the Universe in which you exist.
This is a way of appreciating your true essence and connection with All-There-Is. This activity allows you to recognise a fraction of the potential you hold, based on information, knowledge, and teachings from the beginning of time along with current paradigms within quantum mechanics.
How does it work – Today’s science now acknowledges what ancient teachers and texts have been promulgating for centuries, we live in a field of energy, that everything consists of pure energy. This Energy is always present and all-ways present. Admitting to the existence of this energy or if you like, this force activates it in your experience as a conscious personal power.
In 1998 the Global Consciousness Project (GCP) was established. This is a worldwide project established to investigate any influence from world events that caught the attention of millions of people, on Random Number Generators (RNGs). These RNGs are electronic generators of number sequences (zeros and ones), in random order. The word boring comes to mind. These numbers lack any pattern, so they are random – even more boring. The theory is when worldwide events influence the emotional states and thoughts of millions of people, this in turn will influence the RNGs in a way that they become faintly organised – even excited. In other words, the randomness goes out of the scores.
There are around 90 active sites in Europe, the US, Canada, India, Fiji, New Zealand, Japan, China, Russia, Brazil, Africa, Thailand, South America, and in The Land-Down-Under. This allows GCP to record any change in the randomness of numbers generated. The GCP website said that the probability is less than one in a billion that the effect is due to chance.
The 12-year results to date clearly show “non-random activity during widely shared experiences of deeply engaging events.” Apparently, world events such as the funeral for Princess Diana, the attack in America on September 11, the eruption in Egypt, and a number of events that got the conscious attention of millions of gamers at the same time produced a common emotional state.
At these specific times and either side of these events, the RNGs recorded significantly less randomness in numbers. All of this had me thinking about how millions of gamers react to different things and how for most gamers our actions are more often reactions to something we think has happened.
How can I do this – Playing the quantum game, you begin to recognise that everything has a vibrational frequency and that frequency is influenced by your thoughts and emotional state. It does become a game rather than a serious effort to work your way through life.
As you adjust your thinking to recognise all of life as a moving, energy-based, vibrational representation of the All-There-Is, the level of coherence between your heart and your head increases. When our level of coherence is high we are in a place of alignment and open to the flow of creativity and inner knowing. With increased levels of coherence between heart and head, we are not necessarily more relaxed but we are much calmer and tuned to our Authentic Self.
When you recognise that thoughts are energy and that these sparkles of energy have no choice but to influence the greater energy, it becomes apparent that your thoughts influence the Universe – the world about you in every moment.
What can I expect – Increasing numbers of children and young people are reporting to be “affected by other people’s emotional states”. It seems children and young people are more sensitive today than at any time in history.
This sensitivity is not referring to having their feelings hurt, or becoming embarrassed easily. No, this refers to the sensitivity of one individual to the emotional or energetic state of another individual. Young people report feeling the feelings of others to a point where it causes them distress.
Why is this important? It is important to recognise your sensitivity levels especially when it comes to other individual’s emotional states. And this is important because you may feel a particular emotion, an uncomfortable emotion, and it is emanating from someone else.
Generally, young people say things like I feel anxious and I don’t know why, or I feel sad/depressed and I don’t know why. I have had young people tell me that the pain they are experiencing is overwhelming while they have no justifiable explanation for this pain.
This is not meant to be a warning. It is meant to be an acknowledgment of our ability to feel other people’s pain and emotional state. When we recognise the connectedness of all things, we accept a different way of communicating. The world we see is after all a reflection of many aspects of the self.
Put in another way, this is about compassion. Compassion is the recognition and acknowledgment that all of life is one with us. As we treat another we treat our self.
As you become more aware and more in tune with your reality, you will raise the vibrational frequency of your being. With a higher frequency, you become vulnerable to the effects of different frequencies.
Dr. Judith Orloff is a psychiatrist, an empath, and is on the UCLA Psychiatric Clinical Faculty. She synthesizes the pearls of traditional medicine with cutting edge knowledge of intuition, energy, and spirituality. Dr. Orloff distinguishes between highly sensitive people (HSP) and empaths. She reports how empaths can sense subtle energy (electromagnetic waves or what Eastern healing traditions refer to as chi or prana) and actually absorb it from other people and different environments into their own bodies.
Dr. Orloff says this capacity allows empaths to experience the energy in everyday situations, “including emotions and physical sensations, in extremely deep ways.” Judith Orloff, M.D. is the author of The Empath’s Survival Guide: Life Strategies for Sensitive People
Hints and tips –
One of the most effective means for remaining empathetic to the pain of others is to consciously choose to connect with the joy and appreciation experienced by others and all of life.
A powerful and efficient way of doing this is to always look for the magic in another. Look for the light in all of life, the spirit, the divine, the God in another, and focus on this aspect. When you keep your focus on the divine in people and things, you energise and magnify the higher frequencies in yourself and in the other.
The principle here is simple. You cannot experience depression when you are focused on joy and appreciation. You cannot experience anxiety when you focus on the excitement of the ride. Where there is light the darkness fades.
The second tip. Find the section on Grounding below. By grounding your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic parts to the Earth (Gaia) you will effectively insulate yourself from external influences. Young people are amazing at this process and the results are just as amazing.
